1. Ticket prices for some scenic spots will be adjusted due to the season, final prices may vary based on the price that day.
2. If you need to temporarily change the pick-up location before departure, please be sure to inform us 3 days before the departure date so that we can coordinate arrangements; no changes will be made to the itinerary.
3. Due to different departure dates, traffic conditions, hotels, natural disasters, and other force majeure factors, Grand Century Cruises reserves the final right to adjust the itinerary and hotels.
4. The hotel’s check-in time starts at 3:00 PM, and the rooms are all "non-smoking" rooms. Smoking in the room will result in a fine of more than $300 paid by the smoker.

 Cancellations can only be made by notifying Grand Century Cruises once a tour has been booked. In the event 
of cancellation, the following conditions will apply: All cancellations shall be made upon receipt of  written notice of cancellation from the consumer. Additional charges may apply if the consumer intends 
to resume travel after canceling the trip by himself or his designated representative. Such expenses 
include but are not limited to air ticket reservations, hotel reservations, domestic transportation, meals, 
cruises, attraction tickets, management fees and other fees and costs. If one of the double occupancy 
passengers cancels the trip, the other passenger will be charged a surcharge for single occupancy. 
Please note that any type of room type change is subject to a change fee. Cancellation fees, calculated 
per person, based on the date of cancellation, are as follows: 

Cancellation Fees (per person, based on notice period):
90+ days before departure: Non-refundable, at least 50% of the initial payment.
89–60 days before departure: 60% of the total cost is non-refundable.
59–45 days before departure: 70% of the total cost is non-refundable.
44–31 days before departure: 80% of the total cost is non-refundable.
30 days or fewer/no-show: 100% of the total cost is non-refundable.
Extended Hotel and Airport Transportation Refund Policy:
Full refund if canceled at least 30 days before the tour.
80% refund if canceled 29–16 days before the tour.
No refund if canceled 15 days or less before the tour.
Custom Tour Service Refund Policy:
Full refund if canceled at least 35 days before the tour.
40% refund if canceled 34–16 days before the tour.
No refund if canceled 15 days or less before the tour.
59–45 days before departure: 70% of the total cost is non-refundable.
